By booking a service, engaging in coaching, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Made To Tell Studio provides performance coaching, audition coaching, self-tape services, mentorship programs, consulting, and creative services across film, motion, and digital.

Services are delivered as described at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

2. Bookings & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Zoom sessions require payment prior to commencement.
In-studio sessions must be paid before or at the conclusion of the appointment.

Fees are listed in AUD and may be updated without notice.

Unpaid bookings may be cancelled.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur the full session fee.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Late arrivals do not extend session time.

4. Coaching Categories

General Performance Coaching & Ongoing Packages

General Coaching and Ongoing Packages are training-based services focused on technique and professional development.

These sessions:

Are not audition-specific
Cannot be used for active audition preparation
Cannot be converted into audition coaching

Auditions and live casting submissions must be booked under the appropriate Audition Coaching or Self-Tape service.

Audition Coaching & Self-Tape Services

Audition Coaching and Self-Tape sessions are designed specifically for active casting submissions.

Where editing is included, final files will be delivered electronically. Download links must be saved within the stated timeframe. The studio is not responsible for expired transfer links.

5. Coaching Packages

Session packages:

Are non-refundable
Are non-transferable
Must be used within the stated validity period
Cannot be shared between performers
Cannot be converted into audition coaching

Unused sessions will expire after the validity period.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Made To Tell Studio provides professional training and mentorship. We do not guarantee casting outcomes, representation, or employment.

7. Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour.

The studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session without refund in cases of inappropriate conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, session structures, and proprietary training frameworks remain the intellectual property of Made To Tell Studio.

Self-tape footage is provided for audition submission purposes only and may not be commercially distributed without written consent.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued engagement with the studio constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
